I have recently finished reading the classic novel, The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells. People who are  fans of science fiction would enjoy reading this book.

The book begins in a small town called Iping in the late 1800's. A heavily bandaged man checks into a small hotel in order to complete his research for a science experiment. The owners and people staying in the hotel do not like this man. He is very irritable, stubborn, and rude. He yells at them for asking him questions about everything from his research to his name. The town's people end up just calling him "The Stranger." Eventually, one of the owners of the hotel gets curious enough to wander into the stranger's room. While he's in there, he gets attacked by someone. However when he looks around, he realizes there was no one there. The man tries to tell people that he was attacked by an invisible man but no one believes him; that is until the same thing happens to the rest of the people of Iping. The townspeople try to find the Invisible Man but it is no use. He had already run away looking for food, clothes, and shelter. To get these things, he had to harm and rob people until half the country of England was terrified of this monster, until one man known as Dr. Kemp created a plan to put an end to this reign of terror.

If you would like more information on this book, just try to find it at a book store, library, or online. You will not regret reading this or any other books written by H.G. Wells.
